 Resolution is a the end result and for this end result I think it turned good. The resolution is important to make sure the film turns out as you wanted it to go. The aspect ratio in this film is important because its important to portray the meaning of the film and to be able to express the film, its also important for all the clips to be the right size.

 Discuss successes & recommendations (if you were to complete the project again):

 Successes where the teamwork, we all worked together and had important roles, i was the director and was featured in the beginning and Erika was the girl and then the boys moved the flower around to different shots. Recommendations are to have a good plan of action and to work together and use your time wisely.

In Hugo, Georges Méliès, who does not want to remember the part of his life where he created fantastic and magical worlds through films, states, “My life has taught me one lesson, Hugo Cabret, and not the one I thought it would. Happy endings only happen in the movies.” Why does Méliès say this? He says this because in his films he’s been able to live a fantasy life and love out his dreams, but in real life he is stuck in one place. He feels like he’s accomplished something so great but he’s not able to feel like what he did doesn't get him an own happy ending. He himself can’t live up to his own legacy and have his own happy ending to his own life  Why does he want to forget about the films he made? Pre-Production Blog Post 4

  For my last film this year, I decided to make a film essay. I liked what Aaron decided to do so I thought I’d give it a try. I decided to do my film essay on the musical genres and film musicals. Since our performance for Cinderella is coming up next week I thought it would be a fun thing to work on something having to do with musicals. I mostly did the research funny enough at free times I had at practice. I thought it would be motivation for me to get my script done. I am worried about finding all the necessary clips I need, but that can easily be fixed with fewer examples. Below I have the introduction to the film essay introducing the topics. Above I then have my storyboard as an outline for how I will structure my video. I will be discussing the musical genre and then musicals in film.
